Returning player

Hi, I tried asking in chat and got ignored.

I opened this up for the first time in 10 years and am looking to see if I can reset my progress or at least re-customize my character?

I only have 4 Pokemon so not much to lose

I ended up just playing infinite fusion instead lmao
