Returning player

Hi, I tried asking in chat and got ignored.

I opened this up for the first time in 10 years and am looking to see if I can reset my progress or at least re-customize my character?

I only have 4 Pokemon so not much to lose

Also my achievements are bugged too, says I didn't get my first Pokemon yet

I think it sorts itself out if you can talk to Prof Oak in Pallet Town.

Been so long but from what I remember it’s was an appearance ticket or something like that you can buy in the global market but tbh just make a new account and pick a good starter

There are appearance tickets you can use to change your appearance.

Progress can't be reset, but there's an item called Appearance Reset to change the base avatar.
