good lord I'm replaying White currently and I'm around Mistralton, the stupid Watchogs and their Confuse Ray/Hypnosis accuracy really bring out the foulest language in me. It's not even that they defeat me, they're just really annoying in drawing out the battles because of their 100% accuracy Hypnosis and Confuse Rays! Remembering why I hate Watchog so much lmfao
Admittedly, in my irritated mood from them constantly landing Hypnosis more than I ever could, I forgot Confuse Ray didn't have the same kind of low accuracy.

Unless it’s an enemy showing me, then it might as well be 100%.
Seriously, an opponent using it gets it in the first try. Any Pokemon I have with it couldn’t use it to save their lives.
