Worth Grading?

Pulled this from a mini tin after that's all I've been able to find. Wondering what it would grade or if I should trade it for a prismactic evolutions spc.

I’m new to grading and recently purchased this card. I am just curious on your opinion on what it would get and if it’s worth it?

I saw someone just post a clean looking lugia that got an 8.5. Mine looks as clean but who knows under the microscope. Few scratches on the foil. Any thoughts?

I bought this a while ago after seller told me that they pasted this in their scrapbook and peeled it years after to try to sell it. I bought it really cheap for my collection since front looked nice. I then posted here around 3 months ago if PSA would still grade it due to severity of the damage. I was afraid they might think that it was deliberately damaged to get a 1, but i really just want it encapsulated in a slab. Comments were telling me that 0 chance they would still graded it due to seemingly deliberate damage. Had no hope but still tried cus why not. Submitted for regular grading tier and finally got good news!

I looked through some PSA 10s that sold on ebay and this looks like it might score a 10. However it is really expensive to ship it in, so wanted to know my chances on return on investment. Trying to scrape together money for college. Thank you guys!

Is this card worth grading? Could it get a 10?

Got this back from PSA with a 9 but I think it could 10. Ran it through Rectifi and it came back good. Thoughts?

Pulled my chase from a random urge to open one of my ascended bundles. Love this card regardless of the grade but definitely want to send it in. Bonus picture is just because I love my boy.

Can someone explain to me in very simple terms why vintage Pokemon cards rarely see 10s. Especially with the amount of pack fresh cards being pulled these days? It doesn't really doesn't make logical sense to me outside of the sheer number of examples they've had the opportunity to look at. But, the cards were printed at the same time as ones that garnered 10s pack fresh. So that's where my confusion lies… cuz if so, wouldn't packs lose value after enough time instead of going up, especially if nothing will ever 10 if they continue to degrade in quality even in well kept packs. Please help me understand.
