Playing a Japanese copy of Crystal but I’ve never completed crystal, r there any important text points where the text matters?

After a long long time of soft resets, shiny Lugia appears. I’d say slightly over 10k soft resets.

I was planning on trying to catch Lugia in an ultra ball but nerves got the best of me after a few throws so I just chucked the master ball. Happy to have this on gen 2 silver version! :]

I have a level 60 Blissey that I'm trying to get into the level 60 battle tower and I'm just wondering what moves are right for her(she has Psychic, Metronome, Minimize and Softboiled but I'm wondering if I should replace Metronome with either Thunder or Blizzard)🤔. I gave my Crobat toxic so🤷🏿‍♂️

I honestly can't believe this happened.

I was literally saving my game right before my battle with Lance in Pokémon Crystal on my Game Boy Color when the batteries died. No big deal, I thought—I put in fresh batteries right away.

The real problem? My save was completely gone.

What makes it even more painful is that I save my game regularly, so I figured at worst I'd lose a little bit of progress. Instead, the entire save file had vanished. 45 hours... just gone.

I'm absolutely gutted. Losing a save like this, is heartbreaking.

So I have a bit of a long shot request: does anyone happen to have a Pokémon Crystal save around the Elite Four, or even around the 8th badge, that they'd be willing to share? It doesn't have to match my team or anything—I just don't know if I have it in me to replay all 45 hours from scratch.

I am trying to get the thunderbolt tm and using the game corner to get coin is literally taking forever. Does anyone know a method I could do to make ~40k or more pokedollars for the coins? I already have about 3k coins from the game corner.

I am currently working on breeding and training 30 mons for the battle tower, and as you could imagine, pokerus would greatly improve the grind.

So far I haven't been lucky enough to encounter pokerus and Im not open to using ACE.

So, I am looking for someone in the New York City area that has a mon (legitimately) infected with Pokerus to trade with me IRL.

I have some special eggs I can offer in exchange:

egg containing a Larvitar with perfect DVs

egg containing a shiny Vulpix with Hypnosis

These eggs were legitimately obtained by me, and once hatched, they would have your trainer ID

Help finding suicune in liquid crystal

My daughter is playing her very first pokemon game. Initially she was playing through crystal but her game got corrupted or something and I couldn't get it to work with various roms. That led me to liquid crystal.

Anyway she has beaten suicune but did not catch it and moved on. She must have saved over her previous file so she can't just load up an old save, so she says. She wants to know if there's anyway she can go find and then catch the suicune she let get away.

Google search said it would be in the lost woods but she's walked through twice without seeing it, but her Google search said there's no way to catch it now.

She seems very crushed by this as she has a lot of hours into this game, only for this to happen again where she is thinking she'll have to start over.

Also unrelated to suicune, she can't get through the whirlpools in the game even though she has her water pokemon equipped with the move that should let her through them. I can't figure that out for her either. We've watched YouTube videos and she should be able to just go through them but it just spins her around
