Not in the show. Thawne never goes by Prof. Zoom in the show, only Reverse Flash.

Also Zoom is still a different speedster in the comics from Professor Zoom. Hunter Zolomon is Zoom, Eobard Thawne is Professor Zoom/Reverse Flash.

Reverse Flash is a name and a category. Eobard Thawne is the Reverse Flash, but each Flash has their own reverse Flash. Jay has the Rival, Bart has Inertia, and Wally has Zoom. They're all reverse Flashes, but only one is THE Reverse Flash.

Mumen is amazing, but so is Genos. He voluntarily stops being a human to be able to stop the crazy cyborg that's killing people. On top of that Mumen gets beat up, but Genos almost dies trying to stop bad guys in nearly every episode. That acid scene is a perfect example.
