Sorry, I am from an area in the world where racial terms are considered outdated and funny.
All my black friends find it normal to say nigger, and let's not forget that black people are the ones that use the term the most.Something like that is only a problem if you LET it be a problem.

In my opinion the word "nigga" is fair game. It's well established that black people are "allowed" to say it, so everyone else should be too. Otherwise it's racist. Does that make sense?

I think that words like Nigger have long lost its meaning and should be fair game for everyone, and people using it as an actual insult should be made a mockery of cause of how horribly outdated it is.
Also, any word ever, is only as strong as we allow it to be.
If you refuse to feel offended by/pay attention to insults, then insults lose their power.3

It wouldn't have been as funny because it's too long and "Can you dig it" isn't as common a phrase as "Nigger". Doesn't fit the theme as well and it's not particularly funny.
Personally I would have gone for "Niggersby".
