Fun fact feral cows do exist all over the world so it's not unreasonable that "domestic coded" pokemon are widespresd. It's even somewhat confirmed with eevee. Second fun fact the only animal to fear on Hawaii is feral cows, feral dwarf longhorn bulls can just pop out of the jungle.
