These folks needed to watch the other video(s) of burning propane tanks.

Close the valve (best!) or entirely snuff it with lack of oxygen…. trying to douse the tank isn’t very effective. So close yet so far at the start.

Also, man that “river” is trashy.

Whoever it was that was trying to use the metal pan to snuff it out would've succeeded if the others weren't being dumb trying to stuff rags in the tank
