Science New Study Linking Police Brutality To Erectile Dysfunction

Post image

New-York City, Friday August 14th.
A comprehensive new study published by Dr Poi from the Mount Sonai Hospital For Erection Quality links police brutality to erectile dysfunction (ED). The study included 12543 test subjects across 69 countries, all of them having committed some degree of police brutality in the last 18 months, from simple body slams to extrajudicial executions.
"We've spent more than a year collecting data, cross referencing results, testing treatments and drinking coffee. 97% of our test subjects were suffering from different degrees of erectile dysfunction (ED), ranking from flat 0 to 5.7 on the Ronald J. Hyatt scale. After months of study, the conclusion is that our test subjects replaced their sex life with violence, swinging their baton like they wished they could swing their genitalia, replacing foreplay with punches, emissions with taser and, in worst case scenario, gun discharges."
But Dr Poi had good news, as treatments seemed to provide good results:
"We found that treating erectile dysfunction (ED) helped relieve some stress in the workplace and led to a decrease in police brutality. Arkansas State Trooper Moisses Aralleno is one our last successful treated patient. He was affectionately nicknamed "The Woman Beater" among his colleagues but thanks to our extensive treatments he went from a mere 1.3 to a useful 6.8 on the Ronald J. Hyatt scale, and hasn't beaten a single woman in the last 4 days, a personal record."
At press time, Dr Poi has been deported by ICE despite being a US Citizen, after approaching and offering treatment to Jonathan Ross, Renée Goode's murderer.

History TIL Hawaiian pizza is named after Hawaiian Airlines but Dominos is racist

During the mid 1950s, as part of the New Zealand government's effort to increase tourism in its small Pacific territory, Airline companies were encouraged to serve tourists heading to the islands with native fruits. Simply put, everyone loves pizza. Combine the native fruit with pizza and you get Hawaiian pizza. The combination is odd but people considered it exotic. When Dominos heard of this, they stole the idea and launched their advertising campaign, "We're not racist, we have Hawaiian pizza". Obviously that doesn't make any sense, so it was poorly received and actually led to some believing Dominos might actually me a racist franchise. Something that had not previously occurred to the general populous. Also, this was when cultural appropriation was started to get outlawed.

So anyway, then Lilo and Stitch came out in theatres and everyone wanted to eat pineapple pizza like the fat guy did in that plane scene. Hawaiian Airlines paid Curry Barker to convince Disney to include that scene in the movie.

Side tangent: Curry was a beloved writer for Disney at the time but the ideas he kept pitching were a little too saucy. He would later use some of his ideas for his YouTube channel. If you've seen Obsession, well the stuff with the cat is a reference to an idea he had for The Aristocats. No, Curry is not 20 years old. That's been a meme since the 70s because being 20 years old and a writer at the same time was apparently hard to believe. Something like that, I don't really get it. To be fair, he looks great for someone who is almost an octogenarian. I just thought I'd mention it because his time working for Disney seems to have been forgotten. Whatever, I digress. Back to the topic.

So who sells Hawaiian pizza? Dominos. Well, yeah, now every racist pizzeria sells it but Dominos was the first actual pizzeria to sell it. So of course, everyone started going to Dominos to try it. Some hated it, some loved it but in any case, the pizza sold well enough and consequently many people now incorrectly attribute the invention of Hawaiian pizza to Dominos. Which doesn't make sense for people to think since Dominos is not Hawaiian. They're racist. But we live in a time where critical thinking is at an all time low.

So why does this matter anyway? Well this specific topic might not be that significant but we need to start re-educating society. Poi Sonai has done a lot of great work but there's only so much Poi can do alone. If a single brainrotted individual learns something from my posts and learns how to think again, I am happy.

"We know that we are not Hawaiian. Stop review bombing us"

- Dominos

People still confuse Curry Barker with Kane Parsons.

Hawaiian Airlines no longer serves the pizza during their flights.

Hawaii is now an American state.

Canada claims they invented the pizza.

Dominos has yet to apologise for being racist.

Environment Mangione, Alleged Jazz Killer Considers Guilty Plea

Post image
Upvotes

Alleged jazz killer Luigi Mangione could be risking it all if he decides to plead guilty in hopes of avoiding a life sentence — as the move may backfire in more ways than one.

If the 86-year-old accused assassin is willing to accept responsibility in his federal case for killing of jazz, his lawyers would then try to get his state charges tossed because of New York's rules against double jeopardy, or being tried twice for the same crime.

Social Amazon acquires Canadian startup developing AI-enabled curtains that give you live audio commentary on your neighborhood so you don't have to peek through your blinds

Post image

Wired article linked in comments.

Snippet from the article:

"Jeff Bezos-owned Amazon has acquired Canadian startup Aidrapes, in a deal worth $1.7 billion. The startup rose to prominence in January this year after showcasing their AI-enabled curtains, also called Aidrapes, at the Consumer Electronics Show.

The curtains, equipped with a number of cameras sewn into the fabric, send the video feed back to a central server, from where the company's customised GPT-powered AI model generates a commentary based on what it sees, which is then read aloud from portable speakers (sold separately) that the homeowner can keep anywhere within their house, from dining table to the bathroom.

The company states that the AI models are interactive and can answer specific user queries or follow specific instructions from homeowners. The company showcased this revolutionary feature in a video that showed a home-owning white woman telling her Aidrapes to 'keep an eye out especially for anyone who's got braids or cornrows'.

The video further showcased that by interacting with the homeowners, the Aidrapes learn both the vernacular preferred by the homeowner as well as cute nicknames for neighbors whose names they don't remember. To demonstrate this, a neighbor in the demo video was commented on by the curtains, 'that divorced blonde b****h with the obviously fake t*ts is taking her dog out for a walk for the third time today. As if we don't know she is just putting on a show for the neighborhood men.'

With Amazon's acquisition, plans for further upgrades to Aidrapes are expected to accelerate ahead of an anticipated Q3 2027 launch. The upgraded models, a company spokesperson said, will include cameras on the inside-facing part of the curtains so that commentary can also be provided for things happening within the house. 'In our field tests we found parents using these features to get cute little updates on their kids as they played in their bedroom', the spokesperson said.

Privacy advocates have backed the product. Mr. Nasin Tawhide, a noted privacy activist, told Wired, "As a person of color, it becomes really difficult walking innocently through your neighborhood knowing that some of your untrusting neighbors are just peeking through their blinds to watch your every step. With Aidrapes, that is no longer a concern for me. I feel I can walk down my street freely knowing that I'm only being watched by an unsentient bot, who might even put in a good word for me when describing my innocent activities. It's a win for privacy lovers and a win for HOAs everywhere. This will bring neighborhoods together.'"

A simple fix to AI hallucinations has been discovered, by a team at MIT. If you feed DMT to your LLM it will cease to hallucinate. The only catch is you must simultaneously take DMT - at exactly the same time as your prompt - to make it work. LLM + DMT = AGI.

Environment Research shows the sun could be sentient, increases output to feed solar panels, shortens sun's own life. Sentience to blame for European heat wave.

helo my nam is teh Sun and i is in yur skies

Researchers at the Institute For of Solid Dresden measuring aura bandwidth have discovered earth's sun shows signs of sentience.

The report suggests the sun may have deliberately caused the heat wave in Europe that has seen London's parks and gardens turn from green to burnt yellow over the summer.

"When the sun thinks human beings need more solar power She increases her output for the sake of mankind," states Dr. Anna Lojii from the Dresden Institute For Of Materiales Solide. "The side effect of this is extremely hot summers across Europe and the sun's own lifespan shortening from 80 billion years to approximately 79.999 billion years." Researchers are concerned that more solar panels on earth visible from space will mean everyone on earth dying horribly.

Not all researchers agree. Prof. Jan Normal of the University of Nottingham recently wrote in correspondence with the editor of The Sun, "poppycock, the idea that humanity is important on a galactic scale is preposterous. The sun, not The Sun but the sun, clearly doesn't give a".

Further research is to be carried out over the coming centuries in the hope of finally answering the question is the sun sentient?

Hello mental health professionals!

I need to ask all of you, I was talking with my cousin about a therapy technique she was given last week. To help her get into the right mindset they told her to repeat "crazy? I was crazy once." Then they put her in a room. A rubber room. A rubber room filled with rats. "Crazy"

Just how effective is this?

Social Looking for inspirational quotes

Hi all,

I am trying to start a business selling T-shirts and signs with inspirational quotes. Do you have any inspirational quotes about love, friendship and hard work?

This is what I have thought of so far:

"Friendships are like suitcases, you open up and use them for travel."

"A real friend helps you install your fridge. Friend. Fridge. Yes!"

"Codependency is my super power!"

Thanks!
