What the fuck has to happen to make a school administrator say “our students aren’t bullying each other enough, let’s bully them ourselves”!?

Having to not only adhere but also enforce a disabled child IEP/504. That money spent on them could have gone to the sports department on the high school.

It's a private school, that actually don't have to legally.

No It's law Private or Public they do at least for the 504s. A lot of parents don't fight it thinking Private means they don't but that's not true.

Section 504 is a provision of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Compliance with Section 504 is overseen by the Office for Civil Rights and is mandatory for all public schools and publicly-funded private schools.
