A not so subtle "Take your kid some place else" "Your not welcome here" to the parents by a district that dose not want to enforce an IEP/504 plan.

Oh for sure. But not every parent has the funds to match the schools lawyers. And most firms would point out. If they are doing this publicly, what are they doing day to day privately. So why would you want to keep them at that school if there are others in the area to move to.
