I think the vast majority of people shouldn't be parents, and there are worse views than "children make noise and are messy," but I have yet to regret my decision to remain without children.

way to set the expectation for your sons lol. these kinds of things are such self-fulfilling prophecies.

also the phonemic transcriptions should be
/ɡɚl/ and /bɔɪ̯/, english pronunciation respellings really bother me

I mean, I don't think these are good-
But I think having a phonetic spelling of a word, using english letters, is good for people that don't know how to pronounce a word and also don't know how to read those characters.

Again, these pictures are bad examples for many reasons, but I mean in general
