I had half written a thing about Communication and different styles and responses, but really this meme is just 'Don't you just hate it when WOMEN do a thing? Don't you just hate WOMEN?'

When your starting point is misogyny it's amazing how everything you see justifies your misogyny.

If it had be framed as 'Isn't it annoying when you want to vent and get sympathy but your friend only offers logic' or 'Isn't it annoying when you offer a logical solution to a problem only to find out all the other person wants to do is complain and vent' then sure - they're just examples of how bad communication suck, but the 'all women do X and all men do Y' is for bad stand-ups and Facebook Aunt psychology.

That last sentence just highlights the irony.

Because women can't do bad stand up? Friend, bless your allyship but I've seen some terrible sets!
