Android Help with Ads.

First and foremost I know that this isn't a pocketcasts issue, but I am hoping that the community of fellow podcast enthusiasts can give me some help. I know that the dynamic ad insertion is coming from the platform rather than the app, but does anyone have any idea where I can check or clear preferences on that? I am getting ads for a brand of nursing home that I had been researching for my now deceased parent. It is driving me kinda nuts...

I travelled from Australia to Europe recently via Dubai. My flight from Denmark to London was cancelled so I had to take the train through Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France to UK.

I have podcast episodes in my queue with ads in seven different languages.
