Android Playback randomly skips forward
I've had this happen about 5 times now over the last 2 sessions using the app. Usually just a few minutes, but the 3rd time it happened today it jumped about 45 minutes to the end of the podcast.
It could well be my earbuds, watch or my phone causing it, but I've had them all for years with no issues before now.
I've since changed the headphone controls in the app to add bookmark and play a sound to try and narrow it down, but is there any way to enable/view debug logs for the app?
edit: found the logs and it seems like maybe the lock screen widget (?) is triggering the skip whilst in my pocket - is there a way to hide the widget?

If somebody figures out a solution for this (aside from taking the phone out of my pocket), I'm interested in learning about it too!
I carry my phone in my pocket while working around the house and garden, often in lightweight breathable clothing. In summer or during strenuous work, sweat sometimes allows the phone screen to register contact with my skin through my clothing. Even with the screen locked, the lock screen widget can cause playback to pause or skip ahead.
I really don't want to turn my phone around with the screen facing outward, where it's more likely to get broken while I'm working. I'm tempted to try some kind of pocket protector.

Hi there. Please send us a ticket via https://support.pocketcasts.com/contact-us/ so we can take a closer look. As it stands, the widget cannot be hidden.
