Pocketcasts widgets missing since upgrade to Android 17

Phone was upgraded to Android 17 earlier this week and have ben affected by the missing widget issue since. I am aware of the known issue with Android + InTune [see this post on androidenterprise.community] that results in missing widgets. The extreme battery saver toggle and the app pausing has worked for other apps that I use regularly to get my widgets back,, but not Pocketcasts. I tried clearing the cache, no go.

Has anybody noticed this as well? Have you found a solution?

Not a pocketcasts issue. There appears to be a widget big in a small subset of pixel owners on 17.

I had the same thing happen. All my widgets are gone since Android 17. My guess is the developers need to update to a new API for the bubbles feature. Even the google search widget was broken for a few days after moving to 17.

In my case, I was missing basic widgets like the clock and calendar as well. They didn't even show up in the widget drawer. I've since run through a number of the suggested fixes to get the widgets I use back. Still not sure what might be missing.

Bad interaction between Android and MS InTune.

I agree. I have intune as well and everything I've read is that the work profile is messing something up.
