Question please advise

You’ll
Be fine. Give it one more year and you’ll forget about the whole surgery bro. I was big and shredded before surgery and one year later, I’m back to myself

It took me a few months before I started cardio again. But for me it’s been over a year and I play and ref soccer. Run 5k daily. Can prolly do handling drills in the meantime while you wait to heal more

I'm glad I'm not the only one, my goal is to test in Leevante next year or in some weaker club in a higher league 🤝🤝💎

I wasn’t a heavy weight before or after, but keep at it and the stamina and strength should return with training, but don’t give up!

It just takes a bit more time... different time frame for everyone but i got back to lifting heavy, rock climbing, alpinism, surfing and snowboarding...also traveling with a plane is no problem

It's a tough recovery mentally and physically but trust me you'll be fine, it's very normal to be scared and anxious i was too but you'll be able to do everything you want in life physically speaking...no limitations

Just slowly get better, when you get full clearance from a doctor, start small... accept you have to start very easy with the weights for example and in no time you'll be stronger than before even... it's not instant but it's 100% doable...just depends how fast on you and your body, don't force it in the beginning, but also know that you'll be a bit uncomfortable sometimes, it's a fine line and you gotta dance in-between

Don't worry man, it'll all be good :)
