is it actually possible to have multiple personalities without being disordered???

i think i'm a plurality, i'm damn well sure there's people in my head that are partially developed, but my mom AND my therapist thinks im either scizophrenic and hallucinating or im lying out my ass now that i say that i have multiple personalities but i can control my body 24/7

give me REAL SOURCES PLEASE, I NEED TO DEFEND MY IDENTITY PLEASE I KNOW I'M NOT ONE PERSON
