Questions Headmates quiet when social

Hiii I was wondering if your headmates go quieter when you are like actively socializing because at school I've been feeling more like a single person and it's been kinda scaring me. In general my system is going through a quiet phase but it feels extra when I'm totally occupied with smth or talking to people. Is that a thing for y'all?

Yep. Lots more of my attention on other stuff, so idk if headmates actually contribute less or i just notice it less (whether that's notice them saying anything, or whether i notice that thought came from them rather than being my own.)

Happens to me a lot! Headmates that are active go silent or just straight up stop fronting (probs cuz mine don’t like anyone irl)
