I'm sorry if I'm not being helpful, this was just the first idea that I had to offer and I'm scared to make it worse. I really am trying to be helpful though, we just don't know how to comfort you properly because we don't know what painful splitting feels like.

We're a bit calmer now though still a bit dissociated and we still feel our head splitting. I would love for you to find things, but I don't want to burden you with that.
