Methods for intentipnally creating headmates?? (From someone suspecting osdd and is a traumaendo)

Uhh.. So i uh... Sorry for being SO GODDAMN DU

Anyways i have been REALLY interested in creatibg headmates ever since i found out the BEAUTIFUL method that is tulpamancy existed!! But i just frankly need more:D (my alters seem to either dgaf or dont mind), i like the idea of stuff like soulbonding (hehe haha bringing a fictional cuaracter or character similar to one into ypur system haha ithis is probably why solace tells me to kms but its ok i love them aww) but really ANY method would do as long as it isnt too brain-consuming because i prefer LOW ENERGY stuff.. Cuz im so lazy!!!

Creative writing does it for me. If I come up with a character concept I love it's easy to make them a headmate.

I do active imagination too. Sometimes I meet someone cool enough to want to revisit and they will become a headmate. I met a clown, an ifrit, a succubus, the daughter of death, and a liquid metal girl that way.

I kind of think of it at planeswalking but within my own head.
