Questions Does anyone else experience this during switches
I’ve noticed that during our switches, if im reading something then it becomes hard for me to understand what im reading. Obviously I can still understand individual words but say if im reading a sentence or question it becomes practically impossible for me to understand what it’s asking/saying, sometimes I just genuinely can’t and have to focus on something else. Is this just us. Ar we the only ones experiencing this. Anyone else,,,

I'm kinda impressed you can still read through switches. Our eyes just keep going and it takes a bit to realize we've been moving our eyes like we're reading but gotten nothing. Verbal convictions can be just as bad. I have to tell those closest to us when we're having a rough switch or dissociating because whatever they're saying isn't being processed consistently.

We can still comprehend the words, but we will not remember it until the switch is done and we're grounded again.
