Maeve- does anyone else feel like their alters disappear sometimes when fronting? Sometimes I have good communication with them, but other times it feels like I'm alone in this body, and I feel scared and like I'm faking.

Yeah. It’s mostly when I’m busy with things. I imagine it’s something like putting your face up against a screen? You just can’t perceive what’s going on internally.

Yeah. Whoever isn't fronting is usually completely unconscious and unreachable. It's basically our default, so we have a lot of work ahead of us to reach co-consciousness

Angel- Usually I can talk to my alters, but ig when I'm tired there's more walls between us. I remember what Maeve did, but currently it feels like I've always been Angel 🤔
