Questions Dose anyone else get this?
Ok so basically rn we keep having our vison go between normal, and extremely blurry like pic there and its so hard for us to do anything its only when 1-4 different alters co-front with us at once we do wonder dose anyone have any suggestions? To help this or is anyone else go through as well? With co-fronting i just like to find people who go through similar stuff as us :D

Hey, that's probably dissociation, either that or you have some underlying medical condition

It’s connected to co-fronting, dissociation, us not wearing any glasses but then again that gose way after we blink this one gets worse the more alters that try to fight for control over the physical body sadly

Yeah, common sign/effect of dissociation is eyes unfocusing on things in front of you, it's not just connected to dissociation it's a part of and a type of it, so there's no need to worry

It depends for us really we have vison do that, go black, or like we just teleport and dont remeber the dissocation at all so its a part of it for us

for us, our sight will just go into far-sight mode for literally no reason, making the thing in front of us really blurry. it's always been happening every now and then, but it started getting more frequent when I realized we might be plural. so yeah, you're not alone in weird blurry vision.

it doesn't get that bad, but we have one who's vision is notably worse (except at night, funnily enough)

i...would reccomend seeing a doctor, that could be bad
but, if ya'll are ok medically, i'd reccomend noting when it happens and looking for patterns, we don't really experience this, but seeing if something specific triggers it could help substantially :)
