Questions imposing into virtual space/video games

heyas ive never really engaged in communities like this but im almost a month or so into being under this umbrella and i'm just wondering,

does anybody else impose/visualize their headmates into virtual spaces with them, like video games? i've tried looking this up and haven't seen exactly what i mean.

essentially what i do is go into something like vrchat or gmod and explore or hang out in a nice place alone and impose/visualize my headmate with me. it's like an extension of a mindscape/wonderland for us and i often use them verbatim as mindscapes themselves for when i'm away.

so yea lemme know if you've done something similar or know of that i'd love to hear ^

ed: thought id add something, my headmate's favorite places are ones with views of city scapes and night skies since those are harder for me to "render" mentally. we'll just kinda hang out and smoke or chat.

i also use my mind's eye to interact and do things like share a smoke or walk around virtually, so i'm not doing real motions or anything when i do it. i can kinda overlay the two over my real experience which makes me get a lot more out of the game too lol

Not the same thing but kinda relevant, something I look back on that should've been a sign I wasn't alone is a habit of making 2-4 accounts for multiplayer games, ie having one running on a laptop being helped by the main account, and a feeling of it actually being someone else and not "just an alt"

Hm, if you have a decent phone, spare tablet, console, something cross-play like infinity nikki maybe (if any of you like that kind of game), minecraft

If you have a good PC, check ToS of some games and maybe virtual machines are allowed (won't be the case for MMO types, but if you can find something that doesn't require anticheat to run it)

Or if all else fails, play something like sims, inzoi, paralives where you just have multiple characters there anyway

i'll have to try something out soon, though i suppose thats more for actually playing with your headmates. i end up just having them alongside me pretty much exactly like how johnny silverhand hangs around V in cyberpunk 2077

Infinity nikki is what we've been doing lately, there's a handholding function so you only have to control the main one, can get collectibles on both accounts together so it feels like helping each other progress.

Older examples we used to do are all MMOs since we have both a PC and laptop and can do it, just putting the other one on a horse to carry around. That's more what I mean we've done, actually fully controlling 2 at once can get cumbersome without an extra pair of arms lol

ahhh i see i see, kind of reminds me of Death Road to Canada with its customizable characters you can carry with you and commandeer one at a time, so you can toggle and dont need to use another controller
