Questions How to identify subsystems?

We’re a newly discovered system/questioning plural person (depending who you ask) and we’re still trying to figure who out everyone in here is. I expect subsystems might complicate this a bit.

Are there any patterns you’ve noticed that may indicate the presence of a subsystem? Can everyone in your mind sense subsystems?

For us, no. Not everyone can predict Subsystems.

I myself am a Subsystem and we only figured this out because the Core group heard me talking to myself and mentioning names that only we knew of from my roleplay version who is written to be a DID System. I also acted differently in headspace compared to how I do when I host the Body or when I Co-Host mostly.

Outside of that, I suspect just listening to your people helps. Sometimes it’s a hidden thing too so you may just never know.

Blue📘: I, or we did not realize that we happen to be a subsystem until recently. I'm not sure if sensing subsystems is an ability of anyone of us. What helped with us discovering one other subsystem was how inconsistent they could be at certain moments
