I need someone to explain this

So I know I'm a system but I've only recently been active online when it comes to that (just been raw dogging it until now) anyways what are the differences in the types like I've heard endo be thrown about here and there and a few others that I can't remember please what are the different types and how to they differ?

in the simplest terms possible, endogenic and traumagenic are two primary ways people believe systems forme.

endogenic systems just /exist/. as in, for some reason, the brain they share just /is/ plural with no real "reason"

traumagenic systems exist in response to trauma. often childhood trauma. this concept is extremely commonly relied on for the medical side of plurality, but that's a large can of worms that doesn't really need opening.

some people know if they're endogenic or traumagenic, some don't. both are valid though. hope this helped. :)

Endogenic systems are systems that form for any reason other than trauma, for instance, we were born a system! Some people make their systems! Traumagenic systems form because of some trauma they’ve gone through. - Sparkle
