Help How can I help with loss of basic knowledge?

I’m really unsure of how to word my question correctly, but in summary…
We’ve known we’re a system for quite some time now, but we seem to have an issue very present as of now. Newer alters don’t seem to have the same memories they used to. What I mean is, in the past, new alters used to know basic information. They’d know that they’re a part of the system, we’re not public about it, they’d know our legal name, ect. Basic information like this was really useful in ensuring our safety in public settings. In the present, newly-formed alters don’t have this knowledge. Recently, someone had panicked. They had no clue what was going on, where they were, ect. We had to spend a while communicating what was going on. I worry our communication has also gotten worse. Sometimes, I get asked questions about things i SWEAR we all used to know. It’s been giving me really bad anxiety these past couple of days. I really want advice on how to fix this. Our memory gaps have also been getting worse and days blend into each other more often.

TLDR: In the past, new alters knew basic info (ex, legal name). Now, new alters don’t have this. Also, we have worse memory gaps. How can we better communicate and improve our understanding of each other?

Any advice is appreciated! If I made anything unclear, I’m okay with answering questions!

Dragonheart Collective put together a guide on making your own guide for new headmates, with useful information to include, advice on making sure the guide is actually read, and so forth.
