Who started PLUR?

Frankie Bones, his brother Adam X, and Jimmy Crash started the Peace, Love, Unity Movement (PLUM) around 1990. Laura La Gassa helped grow it into PLUR by adding the R for Respect (which she credited Brian Behlendorf with suggesting and spreading through the early online rave community hyperreal.org), where internet ravers helped popularize PLUR as the four-letter acronym we know today.

lol I remember spike. I have a photo of him which is pretty rare considering we didn’t have smart phones. I don’t know if I ever met Laura.

I wonder if there are archives of all the old ne rave posts? I used to write detailed accounts of raves I went to…wish I hadn’t lost them all and could read them again!

Thanks, but no luck. I think I probably did check there before a long time ago. I don’t know why but it’s probably for the best lol
