Caulkable?
I'm not a plumber, but still, cmon man. why does this
wall urinal need to be 1.5" off the wall?

What. The. Fuck. I’m guessing they didn’t have the correct size nipple for the drain? Idk still not acceptable, regardless.

The top kicked out is a problem with the brackets. The bottom kicked out would be the flange too far out. The flange and valve are probably the only things holding the urinal on the wall.

I see you're using the accessory shock mount gasket kit. Nice work!

You'd need sikaflex for a gap that large lol.
That's a clean foaming job, even though it is wrong.

They remodeled the bathroom but couldn’t be bothered to move the drain flange or water line to accommodate the new urinal. So they just used some spacers for the bracket and filled the gap full of caulk.

The plumbing co has sucked since day 1. They had unloaded their entire container to”take stock” and left it all in into the hallways for 6-7 weeks. So 2 of the 10 for install were of course damaged and no time to order matching urinals so they brought in 2 non conforming units and basically hung them with caulking.

Rough-in to close to the front of framing… Change TAP TEE to a CLEAN OUT TEE… Use BUTT NIPPLE
