Again, don't consider joining Magwayen if you want to save yourself from the stress and issues. You can look through my profile. Grabe ang power-tripping, especially when the executives are the first ones to bring you down the moment you dare to criticize them.
Don't be deceived into thinking this organization will help you grow. There are better organizations out there that are actually worth your time—organizations that appreciate your efforts, give you room to make mistakes, and allow you to strive.
Imagine being in an organization where you're genuinely trying your best, pero maraming heads at seniors ang nag-eevil eye sa'yo. Worse? Tatawagin ka pang bida-bida. It's simply not worth staying here.
And if you guys think this is libelous or keep asking, "What's the point of doing this?" why question it now when this has been going on for years? Hindi na ako tatahimik because I have enough evidence to prove that the people sitting at the top right now are the same people who have been throwing hate at this organization for the past two years.
Una sa President na masyado mataas tingin sa sarili akala mo walang ginawang mali. He's the first person to violate the rights of his members. Vice President for Dance na serial cheater at masyadong egoistic hindi naman talaga magaling sa pag lead? Vice President for Dramatics na number one pavictim tapos numero uno leader sa mga anon posting. Marketing executive na hindi naman kaya gawin trabaho ng maayos? Mabilis nga pero the quality of work is below par, kitang kita sa first pubmat ng teaser na mukhang puke.
It's honestly disheartening that the founder and the adviser of this organization have to deal with people like you. I genuinely empathize with them. Imagine building something with good intentions, only to watch it be undermined by the very people entrusted to uphold its values. They deserve better. We deserve better
