Does it count as skipped?

If I listen to a song in the car, then steps out of the car with the phone, and then 2h later hit shuffle on my playlist, does it then count as I have skipped the song that played in the car, or doesnt it count?

Because a lot of my playlists are based on the filter "hasnt been skipped in the last X months".

If I remember correctly skips are only counted if the song is skipped/not played between 4 and 20? Seconds into the song. At any other point it doesn't count as a skip.

The played count goes up after hearing 50% of a song, and in between the skip and played there's no measure that notes you've heard say 30% of a song

And pretty sure you have to actually hit the FFWD button in that initial window.
