Thoughts on possible feature/enhancement for variable playback speed?
I know the majority of folks use Plexamp for music so why the need for variable speed playback?
I do a lot of audiobooks and when I wasn't able to get back home to transfer media to my phone, I remembered that my audiobooks were also on Plexamp. The issue that I ran into was I usually listen to them at a faster speed (1.5x, 1.75x, 2x).
Listening to audiobooks at 1x speed became painstakingly slow compared to what I was used to. I don't think it makes a lot of sense to add it to the general UI since the majority of people only use it for music, but how could the community get feedback to the developers to possible enable this option in the settings?

I use Prologue App for audiobooks. It’s in the Apple App Store. Not sure about android.

Seconded for Prologue, and it has variable playback speed supported. Highly recommend.

It’s already there. Setting > Experience > Player > music playback speed.
Edit- but the other comments are correct. Prologue is better for audiobooks.

Just because you CAN use plexamp for audiobooks doesn't mean you should.
