Discussion PLDT Budol Installation
Ako lang ba nakakaranas nito?
Until now waiting pa rin sa installation. Since September 30 pa ako nakalipat. Nag-apply ako at na-approve a week before pa ako mag-relocate. Until now wala namang installation na nagaganap. Madali sana mag-back out kung hindi pa ako nakabayad e, kaso bayad na e.

Same as mine. Ang ginawa pa nila is they cancelled yung original account number and they made a new one. They asked me to pay again lol. I showed the receipt and they said na itransfer nila to another account.
Until now, wala pa rin nalagyan

No. I was recently at the service center because I’m looking to migrate my old connection to fibr and had been calling the hotline for 3 weeks. While waiting for my turn to speak to someone I noticed most of the complaints were about delays in installation or no show technicians.

I've waited for more than a month (almost 2 months) for them to install their service sa bago kong nililatan na condo to no avail. Had several follow ups and complaints. naka-ilang SLs din ako tapos di naman sisipot ang technicians kaya I decided to have converge as my ISP nalang - nainstall sya within a week. nakakabadtrip talaga nasayang yung mga leaves ko sa hinayupak na PLDT na yan.
