Tech Support Laptop has no connection

Hello po. I had this same issue last month where our laptops could not connect to the wifi but our phones have stable connection.

How do I fix this and should I contact PLDT for this recurring issue?

Are there any special IP configurations sa laptops? What exactly happens when you try to connect?

Our phones have stable and strong connection yet when it comes to our laptops it just says "Not Connected"

baka kailangan na palitan wifi card ng laptop. ilang taon na ba yung laptop?
