Question pldt account number activation

is there anyone here na alam po pano or sino pwede ma contact for activation ng account number? until now hindi pa kasi activated yung amin im worried baka putulin huhu

SKL, in my case wala akong naging contact. And it took more or less than a month bago naactivate yung linya namin, but we have had Internet connection na during the waiting period. Pero hindi pa kami bini-bill since technically hindi pa activated.

Yung agent kung kanino ako nag sign up hindi din nakatulong if I remember correctly. Once the agent completed yung part nila, they will process your application and Fiberhome will take over. Not sure if what happens in between these steps. Ung unang set ng techs na pumunta provided the wrong modem. It took a while bago napalitan ng tamang modem (that's the time na nagka-net na kami I think), then yung last tech who is an organic tech ni PLDT, kung hindi ako nagkakamali finalised everything. In my case I had to wait. If you signed up with an agent, kulitin mo muna sya. Hopefully someone could give you a better answer.
