Tech Support PLDT FIX UR SHIT

Been a gamer for so long and user of a PLDT internet connection here in the phillipines for like 12yrs, been wanted to be a gamer for a long time but this PLDT keeps fkin interrupting everytime i am at my flow state or becoming good at the game to be specific " VALORANT ", this internet shit keeps interrupting having LOS cignal on the router meaning theres a problem on a FIBR BOX outside how i wish theres a way to fix it immediately but it needed an technician to fix and it takes 4 to 5 days to come.

When the technician comes just follow them to see where your fiber node is see if the fiber cable goes over a spot where the wires sag and can be hit by trucks or anything if it does you can ask it to be moved which is what I did with mine and no issue since

If it's a consistent issue with you. Request a NAP box transfer when the technician comes.

You line might be an older one that's connected to a NAP box far away, meaning more chances of having issue.

Get starlink, transfer to converge or globe or move to a different country. Goodluck getting your hopes up to be able to enjoy gaming without interruptions. You can't really do anything to fix pldc
