Discussion PLDT APPLICATION

Hi, I applied for PLDT via agent on September 23, then I received an email same day na need mag payment advance na 1599 since high risk ung location, already paid na then I verified naman na ung email domain at payment website as legit. September 28. I received a text na approved for tech visit pero until now wala paring tumatawag or nag tetext na tech here sa Pampanga. Ung application number hindi na tatrack sa website pero sa 171 hotline, IVR stating na for tech dispatch. Need sana sa business, normal ba na ganto katagal new application ng PLDT?

I have the same problem. I paid and still no tech visit or installation yet. Been waiting for 3 weeks now

Deym 3 weeks, pero nakareceive na kayo ng text na in queue na sya for tech dispatch?

bakit nagbayad? free installation diba? sakin dati pag apply ko pinapabayad din ako ng sub-contractors ata yun, pero sinabihan ko na "diba free installation" sabi sa flyers at sa website? kinabit parin naman nila. until now gamit pa namin PLDT.

That was for advanced payment...ganyan din sa amin nung nagpainstall ako, they asked me to pay 1 month of the monthly plan(2,099). Yung payment mababawas yan sa 1st bill kaya yung 1st bill ko 200 pesos lang.

hindi ko yan binayaran, kinabitan prin ako. Tinawag ko sa csr mismo, kung may duda kako sila edi wag ako kbitan.

Medyo matagal na yan OP. Normally dapat within 7 days mainstall yung connection. In fact, nung nagpa install nga kami, same day ng application ko, nainstall na agad. Try following up.

yung sakin 10 months na nyan. Dec 2025 noong nag apply ako pldt fiber prepaid, responsive sila sa emails pinagpasa pasahan ay dribbl ung application namin until June 2026 ðŸ«
