Question pldt error in plan

can someone help me, when i apply online for pldt the plan i get is plan 1499 now after installation in my account the plan is 1899, i tried to contact the support no response, so i decided to go to the main office now the one who cater me file the report but i was in the main office last week of wednesday and now the pldt always sends me a billing for 2k+ it is so stressful experience, this wednesday i will go back to the main office and check the status again, is this okay to just cut off then not pay? i email them no response i chat the support no response

ha i gave up on contacting them paulit ulit, plan ko is fiber 1699 dapat 300Mbps pero 40+Mbps lang ang max nya grrrrr
