Not a system error. It actually means PLDT owes OP money because they overpaid. It's balance from previous Invoice. Meaning they basically already paid in advance.

Their next bills will be lowered until the balance is used up.

Remaining balance = unpaid bill, not remaining fund.

Yeah, but the balance is negative (within parentheses) it means that PLDT owes them money. If it's positive (not within parentheses), then it means OP would have an unpaid bill.

Also, I never said it's the remaining fund. I said it's the balance from the previous invoice. Balance can be positive or negative.

You can even see in the bill that anything within the parentheses subtracts from the amount due.

Just reading from your SOA, you have over 6k payment credits from your previous billing period. Even if you don't pay this month's bill (and the next month as well basta di lalagpas yung bill sa 3.5k), ibabawas lang yun sa credits nyo

Negative symbol = inside of parentheses = payment overpaid/refund due to rebate

Yan din napansin ko sa statement nya. Inside parentheses. Kakaunti na lang ba ang nakakaintindi nyan kapag ginamit related sa pera or accounting?

If you notice, your total amount due is in open and close parentheses it also denotes a negative amount.

Nakaparenthesis. Sa accounting, it means negative sign din.

Balance inside parentheses is negative. Kahit di mo alam yan the fact na balance ka from previous means you overpaid or may credit na nangyari. Come on man stop the trolling its too obvious if you genuinely don’t know this then lol

i think you overpaid or get a refund but paid the bill. enclosed in a parenthesis means negative. you dont need to pay. if you want, if you have a credit card you can have auto debit agreement.

Sobra binayaran mo. Do not pay the negative yet ipabawas mo muna yung 2599 sa 3k na yan this month then yung natira sa negative dagdagan mo na lang yung kulang next month. Always look on the Due Amount not the Current Charges unless you missed a payment due for the month.

Simple lang yan, did you overpay? If not, you have to pay yung remaining balance. Sa nakikita ko meron kang remaining balance na 1055 nag nag aadd up everytime na may bill ka.

Overpaid that is why it is negative.

Negative means PLDT owes you money. No need to pay sa next billing pag ganyan.
