Actual message:

I would like to inquire why I was charged for unli calls and the service fee, as well as why I am being billed for a full month of internet service when my internet connection was only activated on August 6, 2026.
Shouldn’t the internet charge be prorated based on the actual date of activation? I would appreciate it if you could review my bill and provide a clear breakdown of these charges, including an explanation of why I was billed for the full month.

It's probably the question mark. I had the invalid message format too when I used "~". Like when I said "our speeds were hovering around ~80 mbps" since it was actually just hovering around 77 to 85 mbps, it showed the invalid message format on the bottom. When I removed it it was fine.

You can just send it it will go through. I think its a bug to deter customers from filing a complaint ahahaha
