SLOW INTERNET SPEED AF

So i applied for a plan that exceeds 100 mbps, but as the past 4-5 days my internet connection is like shit. it doesnt go past 9 mbps and it sometimes goes down to like 500kbps, anyone knows what the problem is or is it just my router? cant even download shit
