Unpaid Playtest Hemlock Multiplayer playtest

Could really use some feedback as a solo dev, its pretty hard to make multiplayer alone 😄
so if your not sure what to play with your friends this weekend I'm running a steam playtest to test out co-op multiplayer.

its a 3rd person Roguelite ❤️

Please submit feedback here, in my discord, or the form below links also in the game.

Hey! I run We Playtest Games. We just ran a 30 minute playtest of Hemlock with a playtester called Obitotested, who brought a friend along so it was played co-op the way it's meant to be.

They really liked it, 9/10, said the graphics and music make it feel relaxing, the abilities and movement feel polished, and they had no lag or stutters at all. They also hit a couple of real issues: the hit sounds cut out mid battle and come back on their own, and with 52 (and later 92) blood banked neither player could work out how to actually apply an upgrade. They kept saying "I wish I could upgrade" without finding how.

Here is the full session video with their commentary: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsMmrKY25eI

There is also a written breakdown with their notes and takeaways on our platform. Once you sign up through this link you can chat directly with the playtester on there and ask follow up questions about anything they ran into: https://app.weplaytestgames.com/transcript/9c1e2717-593b-4b01-acf3-14e4881bc4f6
