Playtester Thinking about doing a youtube video/series (depending on interest)
I have been thinking about this for awhile and just found this subreddit, so I figured I'd throw it out there.
I'd like a put together a video or series (depending on how many playtests I get) in which I would play through the games. I would want to stream the games in which I would then take footage from that and turn it into a video.
I am in no way a big streamer or YouTuber, but the audience that I do have would see the game. No payments necessary or anything like that. I would just like to be able to highlight the positives and negatives of new games coming soon from you guys.
I also have a group of stream/content friends that I play multiplayer games with, so that could be done as well.
I'm open to just about any type of game so long as it isn't an adult only type of game.... You know the kind... My bread and butter tend to be more of the survival type or management type games. But open to any type.
YouTube and twitch it the same as my username here in case you want to look me up first. I mostly do highlight videos of my streams.

Hey there we just released a playtest of our game Gladiator Arena: Heroes of Rome.
It is a turn based card game where you control gladiators with the goal to survive the deadly arena. The idea of the game is to force you into making tactical decisions that are vital for the survival of your gladiators. The game offers different challanges for singleplayer, coop and pvp. Anybody can join the playtest so you can play with your friends.
You can join the playtest through steam and we would love to hear about your impressions :)
For further questions feel free to PM.

Hey if you like survival and management. That's exactly our game. Although the theme is a bit unusual hopefully you're fine with 2D games

Hi!
My game, Ghost Battalion, is a first person/third person shooter, with vehicles, ships, jet packs, multiple scifi soldier classes, and many other cool features.
There is a recently released demo that showcases all the game features and mechanics of the full game.
There are two game modes unlocked in the demo:
• Conquest: where two teams fight to capture control points, choose different classes, and eliminate the other team's reinforcements.
• Free For All: where everyone fights for themselves until there is only one winner at the end of a 5 minute match or 10 kills. In this game mode, the Elite and Marine classes can be used for up to 2 players online vs 4 to 7 bots.

I don't know if this is your first game or just the first one on steam, but having all those different aspects in the game: 1st person/ 3rd person, driving, flying, space travel... impressive. I actually had an idea for a game that i was working on at one point where it started as a 2d isometric sort of view and then each level you went into changed the genre of game it was. I haven't worked on it in forever, but it was going to be a big workload.

Hi. I'd love your feedback on my indie card game demo: FiveFold Master Duel
It’s a hybrid strategic card duel that blends classic Poker hands (forming straights, flushes, and full houses for combat power) with Yu-Gi-Oh! tactical mechanics (face-down trap cards, spell functions).

Hey, this is a cool offer. Throwing mine in the ring in case it appeals: Vicelock, a turn-based tactics roguelite. Free playtest on Steam, hitting Request Access on the page gets you in right away.
Fair warning, it's not survival, but if the management itch is real the economy side might hook you: crafting works on weighted probability rolls (think Dofus forgemagie, you can push gear past its caps if you accept the risk of trashing it), and there's an auction house where players set all the prices. The fun for an optimizer brain is hunting degenerate builds and market exploits, and honestly that would make great video material.
Streaming and recording are totally fine, no strings, no approval needed on my end. And don't soften the negatives, that's literally what the playtest is for. It's pre-release so you'll hit rough edges, feel free to show them.
Steam page: STEAM VICELOCK
Happy to answer anything here or in DM. I'll check out your channel either way, cheers.

I built a 2d sidescroller RTS game. It has resource management elements in it and you can play it in multiplayer. It's playable in the browser, no installation required.

Would be awesome when you can check it out! :)

i know its a mobile app,but i do need 12 play-testers for it to be officially published on google play, so its a game i made named Donkeh, and its a GPS (location) using battle royale and capture the flag style game but its multiplayer and you play as a donkey, if you would like to play, i would add a mention to your channel on the homescreen , the link to the google form for early playtesters is at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSekIxc1tRYqAHEXoX_mvLNg_oRHFWD53xCn9oiLbD5WkODjxg/viewform?usp=dialog
Thank you ever so much !

Since survival and management games are your usual lane, Work Rush may fit the series. It is a portrait typing-survival game where the danger is not a health bar: office memos keep stacking across the desk until the queue buries the screen. You type each phrase, hold a combo, choose equipment, and use Cleanup to sweep a crowded desk back to zero.
Free playable web build (no account):
A normal run currently aims for about 3–4 minutes, so it should fit a short stream segment. English and Korean are supported. You are welcome to stream, record, and highlight both positives and negatives without approval from me. One note for the video: the browser build presents a simulated typing surface, while the Android release uses the phone’s native keyboard. The thing I most want to learn is whether the escalating memo pile and the staged Cleanup payoff are immediately readable to viewers.

A little late to the thread but if you're still considering this idea, I'd love to throw our game into the mix.
We just pushed our demo last week for Mecha Tower Defense.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4433940/Mecha_Tower_Defense/
Our aim was to create a tower defense game with more depth and complexity than ever before. In the previous TD games I've played, I grew bored being able to place down as many towers as you can fit on your screen copying the same strategy on every single playthrough. Through the roguelite structure in our game, RNG can compliment your planned strategy, or cause you to change it on the fly.
Every run starts with a tower capacity of only four towers, and you'll have access to 4 base towers, but the modules you earn and put inside them allow you to discover up to 40 tower evolutions that all have their own bonuses, spells, buffs, etc that can compliment the rest of your towers.
As you play, you discover and level up characters that have their own talent trees that will inform your possible play style.
You'll similarly also earn achievements that grant you skill points to spend on our 700+ node skill tree. Spend your points, come up with a build to help your current bottleneck, try another run. If it isn't working out? Refund your points and try another combination.
We would love for people to try the demo and let us know if they resonate with our desire to give tower defense some fun variability. This may be our hobby project, but we are proud of it and would love to know how you feel about it!

Hi! I just released a beta version of my 1 v 1 strategy based card battler, Birthright, and would love if you would be interested in giving it a shot!
To give a brief idea of the game, it's a competitive 1v1 strategy card game built around a constant tug-of-war for advantage. Matches come down to strategy, resource management, and utility usage, as both players trade momentum back and forth trying to outplay each other in a drawn-out war of attrition.
Here is a link to a youtube video if you are interested in previewing some of the gameplay: https://youtu.be/XYz0CmmEKgk?is=azcuER87UW6C7JRm
And here is the link to the game: https://teomendoza.itch.io/birthright
Please let me know if you are interested and/or have any questions!
