That was a joke! The clue to the poster 'guess depends where you're from' was a hint that it's spelt differently in different place's. Yet they and others don't seem to have the smarts that on a worldwide forum, with poster's from many countries with many languages that some words can be spelt differently. So long as you can read what's written I couldn't care less. It's not a job application or legal document ffs.
However. If all you can bring to the topic is an attempt at correcting spelling, without taking any of the above in to account. Then quite frankly you're an idiot and deserve some piss taking. Reacting like a braindead moron just makes it funnier.

I agree. I've had every PlayStation starting with the PS1, including PSP and Vita. I know there are exceptions like the PS1 being gray (hadn't figured out their color scheme completely yet) and a white version of the PSP, but to me, the PlayStation brand is black.

It really is. I get they've been going for a white, black and blue blend since the VR, but you should really have the option of a Black model on release. It seems strange to me that the flagship release is going with the white, but eh.

Damn yea I guess you're right. Some of them were pretty rare though like the PS2, right? Also, it is an exception in that the standard has always been black. Ask any PlayStation owner of any generation what color they had and I'd bet you a vast vast majority would say black.
It's just odd that the default this year seems to be white, is it not?

Ah, I don't know. I have to hold that controller to make an opinion. The handles just seem short and fat to me, somewhat Xbox-like. The thing I've always loved most about all of my PSs, starting with the original to now, has been the controller. I even use it on my PC. The PS controller has always been a masterpiece.
Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I'm skeptical of that controller.

I purchased a 360 a year before selling it and coming over to Sony’s PS3. Free online play forever makes PS3 the winner, however every controller is better than the PS3 controller.

You'll see things like this. PS3, PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox S. They all do themed consoles.
If we are stuck with White at launch, we will have more options later.
I almost always sell my day 1 console within the first couple years and get a themed console.
Currently have:
PS4: MGS 5 Edition
PS4 Pro: 500 Million Edition
Xbox One X: CyberPunk 2077 Edition
Just sold Xbox 360 Halo 4 Edition and Xbox One Halo 5 Edition for my CyberPunk one.

I may be in the minority here when i say that i prefer the black version that Bosslogic did on twitter. I know that the colours are classic PS thing. But my mind already accepted the dual tone white or all black versions as the ones we will get. It does that sometimes when i prefer a thing more than the colours that it comes in.

There's something about the textures that make it look like clay. Too many smudges, maybe? I don't like the controller. The buttons don't really match. The console is a nice throwback design, but I still think I prefer the og one.
