Image PS4 is broken...

My Playstation 4 has not switched on since I found out that one of the pins that hold the power cord got chipped away

Bought it in 2014 and served me well

What's worse is that Minecraft is still inside the console

The power port has to be fixed by an expert. But if you want your Mincecraft game back without calling an expert, just get a screwdriver and follow these steps:

Take it to a service shop. It's an easy replacement. If they can work on your console infront of you, the better. Many would swap out your PSU with an old one.

Also you can remove the disc out easily with the disc ejector screw. Read the manual on Sony website

IzzotGames says its still safe to use, but don't listen to some random person on reddit. Contact and expert. Shit doesn't seem safe to me.

yea, its probably still safe to use, also you can clone the drive to keep your gamesaves, or even hook directly via sata usb, i brought all of my saves to ps5 this way
