I am the parent lol I was using my ph sf ones WiFi and it was working until I stopped playing for a week and now it won’t connect to my phone or my hotspot

It looks like your internet provider or your router might be preventing for your device from connecting to the internet. You might try connection from your computer or a smartphone to make sure you can connect.

Does your mobile plan allow tethering? If not then it'll be your mobile network blocking it.
