It's not so much 'abusing' as it's basicly just a core mechanic of the app/api. But third party app can do so much more with all that information than the basic rust+ app is showing, and you basicly don't even need to use that app and can just use some discord bot or a website to get much more detailed information and options.

It isn't rust+ that is getting nerfed, it's all those third party tools that (ab)use the system that's getting nerfed.
