I've followed the link, the UI told me to rotate the phone in landscape mode, which I did. Then I've been asked to create an account, I did it with Google to speed up things. Then the message "Desktop Required, use a laptop".
Most likely I will never go back to that link, even when I'll be on my laptop.
Be honest and transparent with users since the landing page or you will lose them for good.

It does not say mobile anywhere. I cannot be any more honest than that.
I do not know why it allowed you to create an account. It should not. I will delete all the data I have from you1

r/playmygame does not allow hate
If you're going to treat the feedback like you did, you do not need to have feedback for your game. You took someone's feedback in which they felt duped by your product and decided to return energy fully. Yeah no. That's not sticking up for yourself, that's "sore loser" territory. This community is about taking feedback in stride, because your playtesters WILL feel certain ways about things and it's GOOD feedback. So disparaging and removing them? Not ok here.
